1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been reserved (booking) and confirmed (confirmation). Both oral and written forms are binding for confirmation.

2. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfil the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract.

3. The landlord is obliged to compensate the guest for damages if the room is not made available.

4. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price, less the expenses saved by the landlord, in case the contractual services are not used. The savings amount to 10 percent for overnight stays (self-catering), 20 percent for bed and breakfast, 30 percent for half board, and 40 percent for full board of the accommodation price.

5. The landlord is obliged, in good faith, to try to rent out any unused rooms to avoid losses.

6. The guest must pay the amount calculated according to clause 4 for the duration of the contract until the room is rented out to someone else.

*Note regarding COVID-19:*

Please note that it is the responsibility of the booker to independently implement the official instructions in their federal state/administrative district/city district. If the guest's place of residence is declared a risk area, arrival is only possible if the corresponding requirements for entry into Bavaria are met.

*We recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance!*

If there is a ban on accommodation in the Oberallgaeu/Bavaria region, you will of course not incur any cancellation fees.
