Are there enough parking spaces available at the hotel?
Due to our spacious hotel grounds, there are plenty of free parking spaces available for all our guests.
Is there a lift in the building?
There are 5 steps in the entrance area that lead our guests to the lift. From there, everything is easily accessible by lift.
Is there free internet access in the hotel?
Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests at Hotel Rubihaus. Which can be used with multiple devices.
Are electric charging stations available at the hotel?
Two electric charging stations are located directly at the hotel.
How far is the train station from the hotel?
The train station is conveniently reachable in a 3-4 minute walk (700 m).
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but not in the rooms/holiday flats.
Is there a ski room in the hotel?
Of course, our ski cellar is at your disposal for your equipment.
Are there facilities available for bicycle storage?
Our bicycle shed, where you can safely store your bicycles, is next to our bed & breakfast hotel.
Are animals allowed in Rubihaus?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our hotel. Since we have some guests who have allergies and therefore would not be able to enjoy their holiday with us.
What payment options are available at Hotel Rubihaus?
You can pay for your stay in cash or with an EC Card.
What costs are incurred in case of cancellation?
We always try to rent out the cancelled appointment again. If we succeed, the cancellation costs for our guests will be waived. We charge an 80% cancellation fee for days that are not rented out.
Are bed linen and towels provided in the holiday flats?
The towels and bed linen are provided in every holiday flat. The towels are changed twice a week. More often on request. The bed linen will be changed after 7 days for longer stays.
Can the mountain railways of Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal be used free of charge?

What services are available to me with the spa card (Allgaeu/Walser Card)?
You can use the local bus in Oberstdorf free of charge as a guest. Furthermore, designated parking spaces are available throughout Oberstdorf. You can find more free and discounted services at the following link.

The nearest bike rental (Rebike rental) is located 20 m from our property in Nebelhornstr. 33.

The New Ski School, where you can rent ski equipment or book a ski course, is only 400 m from our hotel.

The Nelbehornbahn is located 600 m from the Hotel Rubihaus and can be easily reached on foot.
Is it possible to reach the cross-country ski trail on foot?
The nearest cross-country ski trail is 700 m away from the hotel and can be easily reached on foot.
