The holiday home in Oberstdorf for your exclusive holiday.
Our 5-star holiday home covers 95 sqm (plus an additional 18 sqm private terrace on the south side) and is integrated into the garden area of the 4000 sqm property.
The chalet has large panoramic windows, a cosy living room with an open fireplace, a music system and three televisions, underfloor heating in all rooms, two separate bedrooms each with a double bed.
The open-plan kitchen is modern and equipped to a high specification with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and everything you need as a self-caterer for a relaxing holiday.
In the large, elegant bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, separate shower and double sink, a large mirror, cosmetic mirror, and hairdryer are just as natural as the toilet/bidet and an additional separate toilet.

You have the option to book our sumptuous breakfast buffet in the main building (€15.00 per person).
The use of the sauna, infrared cabin, and relaxation area is included.
We are happy to provide you with additional towels and bathrobes for your stay in the sauna.
Our bicycle shed and ski cellar are of course also available to you free of charge.
Price list
Mountain railways unlimited: In summer, from May to November, our guests can use the Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal mountain railways free of charge.
Long-term stay discount: From a stay of at least 14 nights, there is a 5% discount.
Under 7 nights: For short stays of 1 to 6 nights, we charge an additional fee. Use “BOOK” to get an accurate price information. Please also consider the respective minimum stay here.

Our breakfast buffet
The breakfast buffet at the Hotel Rubihaus in Oberstdorf is one of our highlights. Breakfast is included in the price of our rooms. If you choose a holiday flat, you can add the breakfast buffet for €18.00. Enjoy the regional products such as our Allgaeu mountain cheese, eggs from happy chickens, and much more.

Mountain railways in summer
... can be used free of charge
Our guests can have the mountain railways booked free of charge on site. You can use the Oberstdorf/Kleinwalsertal mountain railways as often as you like during your stay.
These are: Nebelhornbahn, Fellhornbahn and Söllereckbahn in Oberstdorf
Kanzelwand, Walmendinger Horn, Heuberg Arena, Ifen and all village lifts in Kleinwalsertal.
Use the mountain railways to avoid a strenuous ascent or to comfortably descend into the valley after a beautiful mountain tour.
